Develop Simple provides website development, web application development, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, and ongoing maintenance and support services. All services are delivered digitally — no physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or delivered at any point in the engagement.
Completing checkout on our website creates a binding service agreement between you and Develop Simple. All payments are processed securely via Stripe in EUR. Enterprise clients may request milestone-based billing by contacting us directly prior to purchase.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all final deliverables including source code, design files, documentation, and any custom assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
You agree to provide requested content, assets, credentials, and feedback within the timelines agreed in the project brief. Delays on your side will extend our delivery timeline proportionally. We will notify you of any impact to the schedule.
Revision rounds are included per plan as specified on the pricing page. Scope changes beyond the original brief will be quoted separately and require your written approval before work begins.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fee paid for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases or traffic numbers.
All client materials, credentials, project details, and business information are treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available and signed on request.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Refunds in case of termination are governed by our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy. Last updated: March 2026
